| Usage | Mix one (33g) serving with 200ml of cold water for a fantastic creamy protein shake. Mix or shake and drink immediately. Try and take between two and three shakes per day (depending on your protein needs), we recommend taking the shakes first thing upon waking, an hour to an hour and a half before training or mid afternoon if not training and last thing at night before sleeping. Each 33g serving shake provides over 25 grams of blended protein. |
