| Usage | Take 1 serving per day on an empty stomach and at least 1 hour away from food, any medication or other nutritional supplements. Drink an additional 250 – 500ml (one or two large glasses) of water or other hydrating drink within the next hour after taking, and increase your total daily water intake to at least 2 litres (eight glasses) per day. If required, increase dosage to 1 serving 2 times per day after 7 consecutive days of use. Children over 6 and under 12 take half to 1 serving daily. Do not exceed to 2 servings per day. Drinking Instructions: For each serving add the contents of one sachet to a shaker, add 200 – 250ml of chilled water and shake vigorously until thoroughly mixed. Drink immediately – do not leave to stand. |
