| Description | 17-T Somatocri-MX is a major evolution and is the first ever product of its kind to work in synergy with the body’s natural drive by boosting GHRH (growth hormone releasing hormone) as well as natural testosterone production. Shortly after falling asleep a process known as the ' drive' begins, with the brain triggering the production of somatocrinin, a hormone which releases natural growth hormone (GH). | Usage | Take a total of six capsules per day, three with your evening meal and three capsules approximately twenty minutes before bed time. After one week of use, increase weights during weight training and decrease repetitions as muscle increases. Increase the intensity of your training by increasing weight and decreasing repetitions so that failure occurs between 5 and 7 reps. Concentrate on the eccentric (muscle lengthening) part of each repetition as this will stimulate neurotransmitters which send messages to the anterior pituitary gland to produce more growth hormone, which occurs shortly after falling asleep, thereby capitalising on the effects of this product. Have at least three full days of rest per week from weight training to maximise the enhanced drive that occurs during rest and sleep while using this product. Use continuously for at least four weeks. |
