| Usage | Pre-training, or competition: Mix 1.5 scoops (50g) of Maximuscle Viper Extreme in 500ml (approx 1 pint) of water. Sip over 60 minutes and stop drinking all fluids 20 minutes before training. During training, or competitions: Mix 1.5 scoops in 750ml (approx 1.5 pints) of water. Sip during training, cycling, running, competing, etc... After training: This product should not be used after training due to its stimulant properties. |
