What Are Loyalty Points?
Here on Sportfood we recognise that you'll want to buy your sports nutrition on a regular basis, and we want to reward that loyalty. For every order you place you'll get Loyalty Points towards your next purchase.
How do I get Loyalty Points?
Assuming you've created an account and are logged in to Sportfood, every £1 you spend, once we've verified your order, nets you 1 Loyalty Point.
How do I cash them in?
On the basket page - once you've added products into your basket (or "re-ordered" from your Account page) you'll see the option to redeem your Loyalty Points, in steps of 100 Loyalty Points. Click the box and the rest is automatic.
How much are they worth?
100 Loyalty Points are equivalent to £1.
I've cashed in 235 points but only got £2 off my order, why?
Loyalty Points are cashed in steps of a 100, there's no 'change' when you cash in.
